In Short, we take full responsibility of what we do. Refund in case of genuine manufacturing issues. Exchange in case of sizing or fitting issues (except customised orders).


Every product you order at Humptee Dumptee is an individual item, manufactured by hand for you. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. You can get the size Exchange by Raising a Request via Email to and we will take care of rest. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the same, get a fresh one delivered to your doorstep.

- Any Ordered Product (Except Customised Product or Items Bought During Sale) can be requested for Size Exchange within 30 Days of Delivery. Anything that has names, dates or any change in design that is specially requested by you is considered Customised Product. All Birthday Category Products comes under Customisation by Default.

- We are very strict about quality. Any genuine manufacturing issue or mistake from our end will eligible for Refund or Exchange. Refund/Exchange will be applicable to the item with defect. Also, we request you to report any such issue within 7 days of Delivery.

- With our Customisation Service, we provide a Unique Service in which we will design your Idea, Print and Ship it. In case you cancel the Customised Order Before Print, but after we put effort in Designing, there will be deduction of 20% of total order value or INR 500 whichever is Higher.

- Guaranteed Delivery is applicable for Major Cities Only. That Includes Metros/Tier-1 Cities. In rare cases, if due to any logistic reason we miss the delivery deadline, you will be refunded full Priority Shipping Cost.

- Mystery Tees are not eligible for Size Exchange. Any genuine manufacturing defect will be covered.


Dispatch Time: 3-5 Working Days for All Orders.

Delivery Time: After dispatch, on an average shipments get delivered in 2-3 working days to metro cities and 5-6 days in case of non-metro cities. We select the best courier provider available at that time. priority being (FedEx > Bluedart > Delhivery > India Post). There are certain circumstances when highest priority courier is not available in your area due to Sales Tax or other Logistics issue. Any delay due to these conditions is not in our hands.

COD Policy: As per policy, all COD orders will be confirmed before shipping. In some postal codes, the service might be unavailable which will be communicated.
