In Short, we take full responsibility of what we do. Refund in case of genuine* quality issues or mistakes from our end. Exchange in case of sizing or fitting issues (except customised orders).
Printing and Shipping
We have high standards for Quality. All our products are Printed on per Order basis. During the entire process, we make sure that perfection in quality is maintained. We treat all orders as urgent, but due to high volumes these timelines will be followed:
Dispatch Time: 3-5 Working Days for All Orders.
Delivery Time: After dispatch, on an average shipments get delivered in 2-3 working days to metro cities and 5-6 days in case of non-metro cities. We select the best courier provider available at that time. priority being (FedEx > Bluedart > Delhivery > India Post). There are certain circumstances when highest priority courier is not available in your area due to Sales Tax or other Logistics issue. Any delay due to these conditions is not in our hands.
COD Policy: As per policy, all COD orders will be confirmed before shipping. In some postal codes, the service might be unavailable which will be communicated.
Fair Return Policy
We understand there will be cases when you need to exchange or return the Product. Due to printing being done on order by order basis, after lot of feedback and past experiences, we drafted a policy which we feel is fair for both of us.
Any order cancelled if the Tees are not Sent for Printing yet, is eligible for Full Refund. No questions asked. Drop us a mail or WhatsApp
We are very strict about quality. Any genuine* quality Issue or print loss after first wash will eligible for Full Refund. Reverse pickup, shipping and handling costs will be borne by us.
If we do end up sending you a t shirt or accessory that is defective or of the wrong size or in the rare occasion that our brains weren’t working and we sent you the wrong t-shirt, we'll give you a Full Refund or Exchange as per your wishes. Reverse pickup, shipping and handling costs will be borne by us.
In case of Size Exchange we will do the exchange. Reverse shipment costs will be taken care by customer in this case. No size exchange can be offered in case of customised orders.
Individual product that are defective will be eligible for Refund. Not the entire order.
Refund will be either in case of Store Credit or Bank Account. Decision will be on Management Discretion, and it will be Final.
* in genuine: We hate stars, but its here for a reason. We want our customers to be super happy with our products. Thats how you build great brands. We want you to come back for second, third and fourth purchase so we will always be super active in helping you out and preparing a great product. Though these are made to order products, we allow free size exchange. The fabric we use is of highest quality at this price (call us before purchase if you want to know about the entire process). It won't be possible for us to entertain any non-genuine quality issues. Any returns/exchange must be reported within 7 days of receipt of product. It should be received in our warehouse within 15 days of delivery of Item. Any delay may not be entertained.
We have built a great team, to deliver super awesome (and cute) products. A great amount of effort is put in each and every order we serve. Sometimes, mistakes do happen, and we take responsibility of them. In any such case we will try to resolve them ASAP after discussion. As per our experience till date, our mistake rate is extremely low (< 0.10%) and hopefully we resolved all of them properly. Please understand that any abusive behaviour is not acceptable. In such cases, exchange/refund will be provided strictly as per policy.
